The author believes it is possible to overcome and heal traumatic experiences. Motivated by self-guided art therapy, this author documents pictographically the before healing and after healing images through art. The book is divided into two parts: i) the healed part; II) the art before and during the healing that took place. This book should be read along with "If I Should Write, would you listen to my soul?." The author used art and writing as healing tools, so the two books complement one another to reveal the extent of the healing that took place.
